Suresh Minhas didn’t set out to build a perfect career. He set out to build a meaningful one.

He began in finance, joining Credit Suisse after graduating with an Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University. Over time, his interests evolved through experience, challenge, and reflection. After completing an MBA at INSEAD, he moved into senior roles in real estate development with firms such as Lendlease and Virtuous Retail, where he led large scale projects across Singapore, Australia, and India.

In recent years, Suresh has focused on property development in Singapore. He co-founded a company that acquires older landed homes, redevelops them into modern residences, and brings them back to market. The venture reflects his belief in thoughtful design and his eye for unlocking value through renewal.

Today, Suresh is pursuing a Juris Doctor in Law at Singapore Management University, exploring subjects such as company law, property, torts, contracts, and criminal law. Legal training has refined how he sees the world. It has strengthened his sense of fairness, sharpened his reasoning, and grounded his decisions in principle.

At the heart of it all is something simpler: a desire to live with honesty, purpose, and grace..

Suresh volunteers with The Brotherhood Support Group at Thye Hua Kwan, supporting men in managing anger and rebuilding healthy relationships. His involvement includes facilitating conversations and providing guidance to participants as they learn new ways to handle conflict and communication. The experience has strengthened his belief in the value of reflection and empathy in both personal and professional growth.

He lives in Singapore with his wife and young son, who remain his greatest motivation and daily reminder of what truly matters.
